A final at La Fonteta in the fight for the play-in vs. FC Bayern Munich

Valencia Basket men's team wants to hold on to the fight for tenth place and break its negative dynamic of four losses in a row in European competition in a direct duel against another of the best-placed teams in the fight for that last spot that gives the right to participate in the play-in, FC Bayern Munich (Wednesday 20, 8:30 p.m., Fonteta, #Vamos) in a Turkish Airlines EuroLeague round 30 game.

 

The taronja team will need the energy of La Fonteta as the sixth player to face the team that rebounds the best in the tournament in a game in which they will not have any of their centers: neither Boubacar Touré (back) nor Brandon Davies (left calf) will be available for the clash.

 

The precedents are on the taronja side since they have always beaten the Bavarian team in La Fonteta and have a record of 25-1 against German rivals at home.

 

A victory by 2 or more points would not only put us ahead of FC Bayern Munich in the standings but also gain the particular basket average for the German team, which won the first leg game by 85-84.
